superˈeminence, n. [ad. late L. superēminentia, f. superēminent-: see below and -ence. Cf. obs. F. supereminence, F. suréminence.] The quality or fact of being supereminent; supreme or special eminence; rarely in physical sense, supreme height or loftiness.
