‖ sumi-gaeshi, n. Judo.|suːmigaˈeʃi| Also sumigaeshi. [Jap., lit. ‘corner throw’, f. sumi corner + kaesu to overturn.] A move in which one falls to the mat, throwing one's opponent over one's left shoulder.
