primidone Pharm.|ˈprɪmɪdəʊn| [f. pyrimidine + -dione.] A white, crystalline pyrimidine derivative, C12H14N2O2, which is an anticonvulsant used esp. to treat grand mal and psychomotor epilepsy. Cf. Mysoline.
